Qualifications:
- MUST have reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Must pass a background check.
- Ability to lift 25-40lbs.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Employment Type:
- Full/Part Time, days only.
- Monday-Saturday.
- Shift starts at 7 AM.
Base Wage: $18/Hour PLUS tips, overtime, commissions, and bonuses.
Pay Breakdown:
- Based on your performance, you can become a lead foreman and make commissions on moving materials sold.
- With your wages, based on 40 hours, PLUS tips, overtime, commissions, and bonuses, you have the potential to make an average of $25.00 per hour.
- Paid weekly.
Role:
- Assist your team in moving general household/business items from one location to another.
- You are a part of the crew and must work cohesively.
